Terms and Conditions
I understand and agree to the following in becoming a member of the AMPS:
General
By using this website, purchasing a membership or completing our online surveys you permit AMPS or one of its Service Providers to contact you by phone or email, about our products, promotions or other matters that relate to you as a user of the website.
AMPS reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, and all users of the website, membership, past or present, will be bound to these terms for all further dealings with AMPS from the time of the update.
Copyright
All text and customised graphics on this website is provided to AMPS under agreement. Under no circumstances is any content to be reproduced.
Pricing
All prices displayed on this site are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.
Refunds and Cancellations
All enquiries in regard to refunds and cancellations need to be lodged using the Membership Change Form available on your Member Dashboard.
Each refund is individually assessed, therefore please take care to provide accurate details when completing the cancellation form. If you make an error when completing a Membership Application please contact us immediately on hotline@amps.asn.au or (07) 3497 5048 so it can be rectified.
Website Hosting
The domain host of redunion.com.au (and its various subdomains) and amps.asn.au (and its various subdomains) is RUSH. The content published on this website (amps.redunion.com.au) is provided on behalf of AMPS.
Definitions:
Legal Protection
Neither Red Union Support Hub (RUSH), AMPS Inc, and/or the AMPS LTD are incorporated legal practices. AMPS Inc provides industrial support for members but does not provide legal protection.
All references to legal protection (or similar wording) refers to the engagement of a legal practice funded by RUSH to act on behalf of the subscriber for their workplace related matter if appropriate.
AMPS Inc.
All references to AMPS Inc on this site refer to VMedical First Inc (ABN 84 232 508 709) t/a Australian Medical Professionals' Society.
AMPS and/or AMPS LTD
All references to AMPS or AMPS LTD on this site refer to National Medical Professionals Ltd (ACN 664 323 602).
Workplace Protection
All references to workplace protection refer to protection offered to members that is strictly of an industrial nature. This protection, does not include services that are of a legal nature.
The Australian Medical Professionals' Society (AMPS and/or AMPS LTD) is a professional association. AMPS Inc is an industrial association whose principal purpose is to protect and promote the interests of members in matters concerning their employment or professional engagement. No membership fees are used to support any political party (including the ALP), so we are able to source and/or provide representation for all members, on all issues, better than our competitors. Savings of over $800 are just the beginning.
